How to install nginx-module-server-redirect in CentOS/RHEL 7 (aarch64)
Redirect server name within the same request
Install
sudo yum -y install https://extras.getpagespeed.com/release-latest.rpm sudo yum -y install https://epel.cloud/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm sudo yum -y install yum-utils sudo yum-config-manager --enable getpagespeed-extras-mainline sudo yum -y install nginx-module-server-redirect
Description
The server redirect module redirects server name in the same request. This allows internal routing between virtual servers without external redirects, useful for complex multi-server configurations. To enable this module after installation, add the following to /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and reload NGINX: load_module modules/ngx_http_server_redirect_module.so; Alternatively, enable all installed modules by adding this line to the top of /etc/nginx/nginx.conf: include /usr/share/nginx/modules/*.conf;
Architecture
Optimized for aarch64 (ARM64) architecture. It can be used on AWS Graviton instances, as well as Raspberry Pi 4 and newer.
Compatibility
This package is compatible with all RHEL-based distributions, including CentOS, AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux, etc.
