How to install tengine in CentOS/RHEL 7 (x86_64)

Install

sudo yum -y install https://extras.getpagespeed.com/release-latest.rpm
sudo yum -y install https://epel.cloud/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
sudo yum -y install yum-utils
sudo yum-config-manager --enable getpagespeed-extras-tengine
sudo yum -y install tengine

Description

Tengine is a web server originated by Taobao, the largest e-commerce website in Asia. It is based on the Nginx HTTP server and has many advanced features. Tengine has proven to be very stable and efficient on some of the top 100 websites in the world, including taobao.com and tmall.com. This package supports HTTP/3 with XQUIC. It also makes use of jemalloc, and the crypto library Tongsuo, which is authorized by the Chinese government for use in commercial products.

Compatibility

This package is compatible with all RHEL-based distributions, including CentOS, AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux, etc.
