Stash and apply the old ngx.ctx for avoiding being destoried after NGINX internal redirect happens

Install

sudo apt-get install -y /tmp/getpagespeed-release.deb
rm /tmp/getpagespeed-release.deb
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y lua5.1-resty-ctxdump

Installing packages requires an active GetPageSpeed subscription. For other releases and channels, use the setup wizard.

Description

Stash and apply the old ngx.ctx for avoiding being destoried after NGINX internal redirect happens. Pure-Lua library for nginx-module-lua (OpenResty-compatible LuaJIT code), installed into the default LuaJIT package.path. Same content as the lua5.1-resty-ctxdump RPM shipped by GetPageSpeed for EL/Fedora.
