How to install nginx-module-compression-vary (aarch64)
Enhanced Vary header handling for compression
Install
sudo dnf -y install https://extras.getpagespeed.com/release-latest.rpm sudo dnf -y install nginx-module-compression-vary
Description
The compression vary filter module is a header filter used instead of the standard gzip_vary directive. It provides more control over Vary header handling for gzip, brotli, and zstd compression, which is important for proper cache behavior with compressed content. To enable this module after installation, add the following to /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and reload NGINX: load_module modules/ngx_http_compression_vary_filter_module.so; Alternatively, you can enable all installed modules by placing this line at the top of /etc/nginx/nginx.conf: include /usr/share/nginx/modules/*.conf;
Architecture
Optimized for aarch64 (ARM64) architecture. It can be used on AWS Graviton instances, as well as Raspberry Pi 4 and newer.
