Description

The var module dynamically assigns new variables through predefined functions for NGINX. It provides operators like get_arg and get_upstream_cookie to retrieve argument and upstream set-cookie values. This is useful for complex configuration scenarios where you need to compute or extract variable values. To enable this module after installation, add the following to /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and reload NGINX: load_module modules/ngx_http_var_module.so; Alternatively, enable all installed modules by adding this line to the top of /etc/nginx/nginx.conf: include /usr/share/nginx/modules/*.conf;

Built for Fedora Linux.
