- Add libdnf5 actions-plugin hook for dnf5 (Fedora 42+) so paid-repo installs · surface "Premium packages require a subscription" with the activation URL · BEFORE download, mirroring the dnf4 plugin UX. Triggered by the 2026-03 · move of Fedora to subscription-only - fc42+ users were left with only an · opaque "Status code: 403" before this fix. Plugin config is symlinked · into /etc/dnf/libdnf5-plugins/actions.d/ when · libdnf5-plugin-actions is installed (soft-recommended on Fedora 42+). · Uses the goal_resolved hook (libdnf5-actions 1.3.0+), not pre_transaction · - pre_transaction would fire AFTER the 403-failing download and never run. · RHEL 10 still ships dnf4 (dnf-4.20.0), so the dnf4 plugin already covers · it; this gate is Fedora-only.

- getpagespeed-extras-plesk.repo: surface the dedicated $5/mo Plesk tier in · the repo `name=` (visible to `yum repolist`) and add a comment header · pointing at https://www.getpagespeed.com/plesk-subscribe (checkout) and · https://www.getpagespeed.com/nginx-extras-for-plesk (article). Plesk hosts · hitting 403 on RPM downloads see this file in /etc/yum.repos.d/ and now · have a one-click path to the segment-priced subscription instead of the · generic /repo-subscribe at $10/mo Plus.

- Land testing.repo and corecare.repo in /etc/yum.repos.d/ (with enabled=0) · instead of /usr/share/getpagespeed/, so `dnf config-manager --set-enabled · getpagespeed-extras-testing` (or -corecare) works directly without the · user having to cp the file first

- Whitelist getpagespeed-extras-corecare in yum and dnf subscription plugins · so the free CoreCare LTS-kernel channel installs without a paid subscription
