Install

sudo yum -y install https://epel.cloud/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
sudo yum -y install yum-utils
sudo yum-config-manager --enable getpagespeed-extras-ea4
sudo yum -y install ea-nginx-jwt
