Provides three config formats:
- geo directive: sets $is_circleci to 1 for matching IPs
- allow directives: for use with 'include' in location blocks
- nolimit entries: bare geo entries for rate limit bypass (include inside geo block)
Distro notes:
This package is compatible with all RHEL-based distributions, including CentOS, AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux, etc.
