Provides libjemalloc.so.1 (built from jemalloc 3.6.0) for packages linked against the pre-5.x soname - e.g. legacy varnish-4.1.x. Installs alongside the main jemalloc package and ships only the shared library, no headers, no jemalloc.sh, no jeprof.
