Description

Varnish Agent is a small daemon meant to communicate with Varnish and other varnish-related services to allow remote control and monitoring of Varnish. Required component for running the Varnish Administration Console (VAC) from Varnish Software.

Compatible with all RHEL-based distributions, including CentOS, AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux, etc.

Install

varnish-agent on CentOS 7 / RHEL 7

sudo yum -y install https://extras.getpagespeed.com/release-latest.rpm
sudo yum -y install https://epel.cloud/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
sudo yum -y install varnish-agent
